The rock product is exceptional. The rock is hard, clean, and did not have fines. The quarry is accessible and the location is desirable. It can service the entire Cajon and Mojave subdivisions within 2 hours by truck, and the Needles subdivision within 3 hours. From a logistics standpoint, it is a great convenience and can play a key role in the future capital projects BNSF Railway plans to add in Barstow.
